Processing data that you give us
If there is the possibility of entering personal data within the website, the disclosure of this data by the user takes place on an expressly voluntary basis.

1. If you contact us via the email link, we will collect and save all the information you provide to us. The specification of your name, the e-mail address and the message text is obligatory. If you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to answer your request. With all other information you facilitate the processing and contact with you. In any case, we store this data until the final completion of your request and any follow-up questions. In the case of your consent or due to a legitimate interest, we will store it beyond this period.
2. When submitting a film or signing up for our media education program on our website, we require you to provide your name, address, telephone number, age of the participant and your e-mail address. We process this data for the purpose of examining and processing your submission, and to inform you of the performance and progress of the contest. We store all given data up to six months after the competition. In the case of your consent or due to a legitimate interest, we will store it beyond this period. Those data which we are legally obliged to retain, e.g. according to the regulations of our sponsors, we save until the expiration of the respective legal period.
3. In addition, we will use all of the information you have provided (see points 1 to 5) also for direct mail (such as postal mailing to alert you to new dates, events, program items, online services and benefits of the association). You can object to the data processing for direct mail at any time free of charge by sending a message to office@zeitimpuls.at . In the event of a disagreement, we will no longer process your data for this purpose and delete the data that is not required to process your request.

Processing data that we collect through your use

When do we share data?
Your personal data will be used exclusively by us and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, a legal obligation or a judicial or administrative decision. If we make use of third-party orders (“contract processors”), we will ensure that they use your data only in accordance with the agreement.

Your rights
You have the right to request information about all processed data, the correction or deletion of this data or the restriction of the processing of the data. Furthermore, you can object to the data processing. You can also revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time by e-mail to office@zeitimpuls.at . If you revoke the consent or object, this will mean that we delete your data, as far as we are not legally obliged to store it or are authorized to do so by compelling legitimate reasons. If you revoke the consent, this does not affect the legality of the data processing up to that point. You also have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
